The famous striker missed a penalty during the final that Argentina was playing against Chile.
After the game, he hinted that he may retire from his national team because of this result.
As Billboard reports, fans have been showing solidarity with him, using the hashtag #MessiConUnaFraseDeRockTeDigo (Messi with a rock phrase i’m telling you).
They selected songs like Queen’s “The Show Must Go On” and Oasis’ “Don’t Go Away”.
