Liam Gallagher denies reports of secret meeting with Noel and Bonehead

Liam Gallagher has denied rumors about a secret meeting with his brother Noel Gallagher and former Oasis bandmate Bonehead.

Various sources, including The Sun, reported that the Liam Gallagher and his brother Noel had a secret meeting with Bonehead at a London hotel on Tuesday, February 25th. The alleged meeting aimed to discuss a reunion for the massive shows planned for the summer.

However, Liam Gallagher quickly dismissed the rumors. When a fan asked him directly if the meeting happened, he simply replied in capital letters: “FAKE NEWS”.

As always, the “Some Might Say” singerโ€™s words should be taken with caution. When another fan asked if he saw Noel Gallagher the day before, he jokingly responded: “I did, it was lovely. We had a nice chat and a cuddle”.

It is still unclear who will join the band for the reunion gigs. The scheduled tour includes the UK, Ireland, North America, Argentina, Brazil, Japan, South Korea, and Australia. Bonehead previously told Radio X that he would be ready if called.

“Never say never,” the musician said in 2024 when asked if Oasis would ever reunite. “Realistically? I don’t know. Liam has his solo career, and so does Noel. You’re asking the wrong person, but I’d love to see it happen”.

When asked if he would be part of the line-up, he added: “See that bag over there? My plectrums are inside. I’m ready, got my dancing shoes too”.
