Liam Gallagher drops Glastonbury 2020 hint during Pyramid Stage set

It appears as though Liam Gallagher may just have let slip a little secret as he performed on the Pyramid Stage at Glastonbury Festival .

This is the second successive festival that Gallagher has performed at, having been on the Other Stage in 2017.

And it looks like we could be getting a triple whammy of Liam and that he will be back in 2020.

The former Oasis singer dropped a very strong hint that he will be back at Worthy Farm next year as he began singing Shockwave .

Dedicating the song to festival organisers Michael and Emily Eavis, he said: “Thank you for letting me continue my Glastonbury residency.

“Next year will be my hat-trick.”

Was Gallagher hinting at a third straight solo performance at Glastonbury? Or could he just have let slip a subtle hint that he may team up with brother Noel and perform as Oasis once more?

Or it may just have been just an off-the-cuff comment that will come to nothing.

Either way, the rumour mill is bound to jump into action as a result of the Mancunian singer’s words.
