Liam Gallagher fans slam pre-sale ‘farce’ which left them without tickets

Liam Gallagher fans are up in arms over a ticket pre-sale ‘farce’ for his forthcoming UK tour.

Pre-sale tickets sold out in under a minute after being released on Ticketmaster at 10am today – but many fans were left disappointed after struggling to get their access code in the first place.

Others got the pre-sale code, but found that all the tickets had gone when they logged on at 10am.

Twitter was awash with angry fans who failed to get their early tickets, despite having spent money pre-ordering Liam’s debut solo album, as You Were, before it comes out on October 6.

The former Oasis frontman plays Manchester Arena on the final night of his tour, on December 16 .

@StuartRowson tweeted: ‘When you pay £15 for album you don’t need to get in @liamgallagher pre-sale that sells out in a minute. Tickets on viagogo for £375? #farce’

@alemcdale said ‘@liamgallagher what’s going on man? Get all the pre-sale codes and can’t even buy my ticket! So much for 1st come 1st served!’

And @the_coronations tweeted: ‘@liamgallagher your gonna have to start using someone other than @TicketmasterUK they are ***** mate. 2 pre sale codes – no tix.’
