Liam Gallagher says falling out the helicopter was “an act of God”

Speaking with Chris Moyles during his show Radio X, Liam Gallagher was asked about the accident on the helicopter, and how his recovery is going.

Liam Gallagher recently headlined the Isle Of Wight Festival, and in that occasion he fell out from an helicopter while he was leaving the venue.

Fortunately he didn’t suffer any major injuries, but the Mancunian singer was forced to cancel some gigs.

During the interview with Chris Moyles he spoke about the incident and the recovery he said:

“You know when I fell out the helicopter the other day, I said it was an act of God”

“There are so many things that are coming back to me. It was an act of God! My nose has come back bigger and better!”

He also added:

“What a way to [die], if it would have been. Tell you what, I wouldn’t have minded going that way. It’s better than slipping on a chopstick innit? Banging your head on the TV, remote control and all that, that’s a crap way to go innit?”

“Falling out of a helicopter’s alright. I’d have bought that. If that was written in the stars, I’d have had that.”
