Noel Gallagher has been mistaken for his brother Liam several times (and maybe the final part of ‘Ballad of the Mighty I’ video is an ironic reference to those mistakes).
While currently touring in the States, according to Bang Showbiz, Noel has revealed his annoyance at being mistaken for his brother, especially on public transports.
“Particularly on the tube. I get the guy down the end of the carriage who is looking above the throng of people and you’re like, ‘Ohh no, he’s going to do it’. And he’ll just go ‘LIAM! Yes man! Liam!’ And it’s just like, hell.”
