Oasis soundcheck rocks Cardiff as the Live ’25 Reunion Tour kicks off. Liam Gallagher teases fans. Tour dates, ticket info, and merchandise details inside.
Excitement is building as Oasis prepare to kick off their Live ’25 Reunion Tour in Cardiff this Friday, July 4.
Fans have already caught a glimpse of what’s to come. Footage of the band’s soundcheck at Cardiff’s Principality Stadium surfaced online earlier this week.
In one clip, uploaded by Conor Gogarty, the unmistakable sound of ‘Cigarettes & Alcohol’ echoes from the stadium. He captioned the video: “Oasis soundcheck in Cardiff just now @liamgallagher sounding biblical.”
Another fan, Gavin Allen, captured clearer audio outside the stadium. He shared: “THEY’RE IN THERE!!! @liamgallagher and @oasis are testing @principalitysta speakers in Cardiff and they are LOUD.”
Liam Gallagher himself reacted with humour. Joking on social media, he critiqued his own vocals: “Mmm not sure about the vocals there too aggressive he needs to take a chill pill. He’s just so angry all the time.”
Some fans believe the band were rehearsing inside the stadium. Others argue it was a pre-recorded track to test sound levels. Clearing the confusion, Liam confirmed: “Defo a recording from rehearsals unless there’s 2 of me which I’m absolutely 1 million per cent here for.”
The Cardiff show will begin at 8:15pm, with support from Richard Ashcroft and Cast. Fans have been warned: “Don’t be late or we’ll start without you.”
The Live ’25 Reunion Tour includes 19 UK and Ireland shows, with seven nights at London’s Wembley Stadium. The global tour features stops in Canada, the US, Mexico, South Korea, Japan, Australia, Argentina, Chile, and Brazil.
The final show takes place on November 23 in São Paulo.
Additional tickets may be released soon. Fans should stay alert for production hold releases in the coming days.
Meanwhile, Aldi joined the celebration by renaming its Manchester branch “Aldeh” and launching 90s-inspired bucket hats under the Aldimania logo.
The Gallagher brothers also reunited to promote a new Adidas Originals line, though the ad sparked mixed reactions. Liam Gallagher responded: “Oasis don’t discriminate.”
Fans eager for official merchandise can visit the Live ’25 pop-up stores. The band urges supporters to book now to avoid long queues.
In other news, Liam humorously addressed reports that crew members didn’t receive free tickets, saying they “don’t have friends.”
