Speaking with NME, director Jake Scott says he thinks Oasis will get back together one day.
Ahead of the release of the new documentary, when asked if he ever thought Oasis would get back together, Jake Scott said:
βYeah. Iβd love to think so. Itβd be lovely. Oh God itβd be great wouldnβt it? Thereβs so much studio manipulation in music now. Just a solid rock n roll band would be an amazing thing to see again.β
He also spoke about the film:
βMy sense of Knebworth was to be there was very special,β added Scott. βIt wasnβt just one of those gigs, it was one of those special moments.”
“Youβve been to gigs but there are only a couple of gigs in oneβs life youβve really had that moment where youβve gone, βOh wow, Iβm seeing something important hereβ. I get a very strong sense that Knebworth did that for a lot of people. Thereβs a sense of unity and dare I say it, love.β
The documentary will be screened worldwide at cinemas for three days only.
It is also available to preorder in multiple formats, included a special boxset edition.
