During his solo career Liam Gallagher has always included some Oasis tunes in his live sets.
Liam Gallagher teases the return of Oasis deep cut ‘I Can See A Liar’.
The former Oasis frontman said he’d like to bring back ‘I Can See A Liar’ during his solo shows.
The track appeared on Oasis’ 2000 album ‘Standing On The Shoulder Of Giants’.
Gallagher revealed his interest during a Q&A with fans on Twitter.
A fan asked: “If you could sing an Oasis song you haven’t sung in years, what would it be?”
Liam Gallagher replied: “‘I Can See A Liar’ is tickling my maltesers these days.”
The song was only performed a handful of times by Oasis.
Their last live performance of the track was on The Late Show With David Letterman in May 2000.
Fans will now hope the track appears at Gallagher’s upcoming solo gigs.
Liam Gallagher has also announced details of his new single ‘Everything’s Electric’.
He teased “fucking massive” news on Twitter on January 19.
The next day he confirmed the new track will arrive on February 4.
‘Everything’s Electric’ will preview his third solo album ‘C’mon You Know’, out on May 22.
Gallagher has confirmed he will perform ‘Everything’s Electric’ at this year’s BRIT Awards.
The BRIT Awards 2022 will take place at The O2 in London on February 8.
Comedian Mo Gilligan will host the ceremony, replacing Jack Whitehall.
Liam Gallagher joins a star-studded line-up at the BRITs.
Other performers include Holly Humberstone, winner of the Rising Star Award.
Doja Cat, nominated for International Artist and International Song Of The Year, is also set to appear.
Little Simz, in the running for four awards, will perform alongside Ed Sheeran and Dave.
Fans are eager to see Liam Gallagher back on stage with new material and old favourites.
