The former Oasis frontman replied to a fan on Twitter asking about a potential reunion.
โSheโs [not] arsed thinks weโre both massive c****,โ Liam wrote.
The Gallagher brothers have been estranged since Noel quit Oasis in 2009.
Their mother Peggy, who also has an older son named Paul, has been stuck in the middle ever since.
Despite the harsh words, some believe Peggy could be the key to an Oasis reunion.
Back in 2018, Paul “Bigun” Ashbee, an early friend of the band, shared his thoughts.
He told the Manchester Evening News that Peggy might be the only one able to bring them back together.
โIt would be a Christmas dinner or Peggy saying โCome on boys, for your mum, for the people.โโ
Ashbee continued:
โThey need to get over themselves and remember where it started.
It’s the fans that itโs all about.โ
โSomebody needs to bang their heads together.โ
Fans continue to hope for a comeback, but both brothers seem stubborn.
Liam Gallagher often says heโs open to itโif Noel makes the first move.
Still, Peggy Gallagher appears to think theyโre both equally to blame.
Until something changes, the Oasis reunion remains just a dream.
