Liam Gallagher replies to Glastonbury 2024 rumours

Liam Gallagher replied to recent rumors about his participation as headliner of Glastonbury 2024.

Liam Gallagher has confirmed he will not perform at Glastonbury 2024.

The former Oasis frontman was rumored to appear at the Somerset Festival. Some speculated he might perform at Worthy Farm after his final Definitely Maybe 30th anniversary show on Thursday, 27th June 2024.

However, when asked about performing at the festival (26th-30th June), Liam Gallagher responded, “I’m not playing it.”

Other potential headliners for this year’s festival include Coldplay, Madonna, Rihanna, The Rolling Stones, Dua Lipa, and Blur.

Last year’s Glastonbury Festival featured headline performances from Arctic Monkeys, Guns N’ Roses, and Sir Elton John, who performed his final UK show for his Farewell Yellow Brick Road tour.

Fans can buy tickets next month. Coach tickets go on sale Thursday, 16th November 2023, at 6pm GMT. General admission tickets will be available Sunday, 19th November, at 9am GMT.

Meanwhile, tickets for Liam Gallagher’s Definitely Maybe 30th Anniversary tour will go on general sale this Friday, 20th October.

The Manchester rocker shared his excitement: “I’m bouncing around the house to announce the Definitely Maybe Tour. The most important album of the ‘90s bar none. I wouldn’t be anywhere without it, and neither would you. Let’s celebrate together. LG x.”
