Liam Gallagher has declared he’s ready for an Oasis reunion, fuelling speculation that the iconic band could return this year.

The former frontman shared his excitement on Twitter, responding to a fan’s bold question.

A fan tweeted: “Go on, tell the gods. Your bro’s called you a million times, he’s got the tunes. You ready to rock and roll?”

Liam’s reply was simple: “Born ready.”

The response sent fans into a frenzy, raising hopes for a long-awaited Oasis comeback.

This comes after Liam told fans that Noel Gallagher had been “on the phone begging for forgiveness.”

Liam tweeted: “Just had RKID on the phone begging for forgiveness, bless him. Wants to meet up. What d’ya reckon? Meet up or f** him off?”*

These remarks follow Noel’s recent statements on a potential reunion.

Earlier this year, Noel Gallagher delighted fans by saying he would “never say never” to reuniting Oasis.

However, he admitted it would take “an extraordinary set of circumstances.”

That’s a step forward from last October when Noel claimed there was “no point” in a reunion because Oasis still sell as many records as ever.

Liam Gallagher has always been vocal about his desire for the band to reunite.

In past interviews, he admitted, “Oasis should never have split up.”

He’s also predicted a reunion happening “very f**ing soon”*.

Liam believes money could be the deciding factor, saying: “Noel is greedy. He knows it’s got to happen soon or it won’t happen.”

This year marks big changes for Noel Gallagher.

The musician recently announced his divorce from Sara MacDonald, his wife of nearly 12 years.

He’s also teased new music and hinted that a major announcement is on the way.
