Noel Gallagher has named his price for an Oasis reunion at Glastonbury. Noel said at the Q Awards yesterday that he wants more than £5 million to reunite with little brother Liam.
He jokingly at first said “Oasis are playing at Glastonbury… yeah I can exclusively reveal that now.”
When he was asked how much money he would accept to reunite he said:
“Hmm…how much money would it take to get us back together for Glastonbury? Quite a lot, five million? My fucking kids would want five million! We were massive! It would have to be more than five million!” He also took a dig at Liam during one of his acceptance speeches saying “I should thank Liam, if it weren’t for him, I wouldn’t be a solo artist in the first place.”
As he placed the blame on Liam for his departure from the band, which Noel quit in 2009. Now he says he wants more than £5 million for a Glastonbury reunion.
