Noel Gallagher has announced a charity event to raise funds for Global’s Make Some Noise.
The charity event, titled “An Evening With Noel Gallagher”, will take place on November 3 at Hammersmith Club in London.
The initiative is organized in partnership with Xfm, a Global radio station.
The evening will feature Nicky Wire of Manic Street Preachers, Creation Records founder Alan McGee, and Shortlist Deputy Editor Hamish Macbain. It will include a 90-minute conversation about Noel Gallagher’s music career.
Speaking about the event, Gallagher said:
“I’ve been blowing my own trumpet since ’94, so it’s no surprise I jumped at this chance! It’s a pleasure to help kids.”
The event has a limited capacity of 120 people. Tickets will be available from 8 AM on Wednesday, October 1, at xfm.co.uk, priced between £40 and £100.
Global’s Make Some Noise is a new charity initiative supporting disadvantaged young people across the UK.
