Oasis ready ‘to reunite with string of gigs at iconic venue’ in 2025

Oasis could reunite for massive 2025 shows at Knebworth. Noel and Liam Gallagher may finally put differences aside.

Oasis may return to Knebworth in 2025 for a historic reunion.

Noel and Liam Gallagher could finally end their 14-year feud and bring back the legendary Britpop band. Multiple reports suggest they plan to reunite for four massive shows at Knebworth House, the same venue where they performed in 1996 to a crowd of 250,000.

The new concerts would mark their first time on stage together since August 2009 at V Festival.

A source told The Sun on Sunday: “It’s very early days, but the idea is exciting everyone involved. If they agree, history will be made.”

The same source added: “Fans would celebrate across the world. Tickets would sell out instantly. It’s a great way for Oasis to reunite — without the grind of touring.”

Liam, 50, recently told fans on X (formerly Twitter) that he’ll start working on his fourth solo album soon. He said, “We’ll start sowing the seeds this year. I’m taking most of next year off to find myself. I’ve been bought a pair of sandals.”

Noel, 55, also plans to release a new album in June with his band, Noel Gallagher’s High Flying Birds, titled “Council Skies.”

Despite reunion rumors, Noel has denied plans to mark the 30th anniversary of Definitely Maybe. In April, he said, “There won’t be a tour. We won’t come back to play them together.”

However, he confirmed the discovery of previously lost tapes from the 1994 album sessions. Noel explained, “We thought they were gone, but they’d been mislabelled. The acoustic versions sound amazing.”

Meanwhile, the Britpop wave keeps growing. Blur recently announced their reunion and released “The Narcissist.” They’ve also scheduled two Wembley shows.

Frontman Damon Albarn said, “They’re brothers. It would be wonderful to see them reconcile.” Confident in his prediction, he added: “I’ve put money on Oasis reforming. I guarantee it.”

He even joked: “Our two nights at Wembley will look tiny compared to their seven!”

The idea of Oasis returning to Knebworth after nearly 30 years has electrified fans. If it happens, it won’t just be a comeback — it’ll be one of the most iconic moments in British music history.
