Liam Gallagher not invited to ‘Morning Glory’ anniversary events

Liam Gallagher says he wasn’t invited to the ‘Morning Glory’ anniversary events. The Oasis frontman slams Noel Gallagher.

Liam Gallagher revealed he has not been invited to celebrate the ‘Morning Glory’ anniversary. The former Oasis frontman expressed disappointment on social media.

The classic album ‘(What’s the Story) Morning Glory?’ turns 25 this year. Many fans expected a reunion or joint celebration. However, Liam Gallagher claims he was left out of the plans.

He took to Twitter, saying: “Not been asked, that’s the story. Morning glory.” His comment sparked speculation and disappointment among longtime Oasis fans.

Liam Gallagher also threw shade at his brother Noel Gallagher, suggesting the event would be incomplete without both original members. He called Noel “a potato,” reviving the classic sibling rivalry.

This isn’t the first time the Gallagher brothers have clashed publicly. Their ongoing feud has lasted since Oasis split in 2009. Despite repeated fan requests for an Oasis reunion, tensions remain high.

The Morning Glory anniversary is seen as a missed opportunity. Fans hoped the milestone would bring reconciliation. But Liam Gallagher made it clear he had no role in the celebration.

Many fans echoed Liam’s frustration. They believe the event should honor all original band members. Without Liam Gallagher, they argue, it lacks authenticity.

The absence of Liam Gallagher also casts doubt on future reunion hopes. While he remains open to performing, his brother remains silent.

As the anniversary approaches, fans can only revisit the iconic tracks. But the dream of a full Oasis comeback feels more distant than ever.
