Liam Gallagher won’t play any solo songs on Definitely Maybe tour

Liam Gallagher has declared that he won’t play any solo songs in occasion of the Definitely Maybe tour.

Liam Gallagher delighted fans by announcing his “Definitely Maybe” 30th anniversary tour in October 2024. The former frontman of Oasis will celebrate the band’s debut album with special shows across the UK, including three performances in London and his hometown of Manchester.

This nostalgic tour will feature the full album, released on August 29, 1994, along with memorable B-sides from the era. Liam Gallagher has confirmed that no solo hits will be included, saying, “No solo stuff, just Definitely Maybe and B-sides, ‘I Am the Walrus,’ that’s worth 8 grand a ticket!”

Liam Gallagher has promised to perform Definitely Maybe in full, which means we can expect the following tracks:

What B-Sides Will Liam Gallagher Perform?

Liam Gallagher has teased that he will also perform several iconic B-sides from the era, including:

  • Fade Away: This fan favorite was the B-side of Cigarettes & Alcohol in October 1994.
  • D’Yer Wanna Be A Spaceman?: Originally from the Oasis demo tape, this Noel-sung track was released as a B-side to Shakermaker.
  • I Am The Walrus: A live cover of the Beatles song, performed by Oasis and featured on the Cigarettes & Alcohol B-side.
  • Columbia: A favorite from the Supersonic B-side, often performed by Liam Gallagher in his solo career.
  • Up in the Sky: This B-side from Live Forever is a rarer Oasis track, sure to excite die-hard fans.
  • Cloudburst: Featured on the Live Forever B-side, this track is often considered underrated.
  • Listen Up: A 1994 track from the Cigarettes & Alcohol B-side, also performed by Liam Gallagher during his solo performances.
  • Whatever: Although not a B-side, this track from the Definitely Maybe era could make an appearance.
