Noel Gallagher is “still waiting for the phone to ring” from Liam to discuss Oasis reunion.

Noel Gallagher says he’s “still waiting for the phone to ring” from Liam Gallagher to discuss an Oasis reunion.

Speaking on Talksport, Noel repeated his challenge for Liam to stop posting online and start talking directly.

“He should do it, I’m still waiting for the phone to ring,” Noel said. “He should stop yakking on the internet.”

This follows a recent France Inter interview, where Noel declared, “No one has really come along to take our place.”

Noel urged Liam to act: “He should get his people to call my people; they know who they are, they know where we are.”

“Stop talking on the fucking internet, and let’s see what you’ve got to say.”

When asked if the reunion hinges on a phone call, Noel replied: “You would think, right? He’s got my number, he’s got my manager’s number. Call us. But you know what? He won’t call.”

Pressed on why Liam wouldn’t call, Noel simply said: “But why indeed. Why indeed.”

Liam Gallagher then fired back on Twitter. He accused Noel of damaging the Oasis brand.

“Here’s how I see it,” Liam wrote. “The little fella aka potato has done a lot of damage to Oasis as a band/brand.”

“He’s got a lot of making up to do not just to me but to you the fans.”

“The people that put us where we are today. As you were LG x”

Despite the friction, Liam also showed admiration for Noel’s recent solo work.

After the release of Noel’s track “Dead To The World”, Liam tweeted: “How can such a mean spirited little man write such a beautiful song?”

He added: “Knowing ME knowing YOU as you were LG x”

The ongoing tension between the Gallagher brothers keeps fans hopeful—and frustrated.

While both continue exchanging jabs online, one phone call could change everything.

For now, the wait for a real Oasis reunion continues.
