Liam Gallagher replies to Matty Healy’s call for an Oasis reunion

Liam Gallagher has shared his thoughts on Matty Healy‘s call for an Oasis reunion.

Liam Gallagher has responded to Matty Healy’s bold comments about an Oasis reunion.

The frontman of The 1975 recently urged the Gallagher brothers to “grow up” and end their long-running feud.

Speaking on the Canadian podcast Q with Tom Power, Healy called the situation “criminal.”

“What are Oasis doing?” Healy asked. “Can you imagine being in the coolest band in the world and not doing it because you’re in a mard with your brother?”

Liam Gallagher Responds to Healy’s Criticism

It didn’t take long for Liam Gallagher to reply.

A fan on Twitter asked for Liam’s thoughts on Healy’s remarks, particularly the claim that the brothers are wasting time with solo careers.

Liam’s answer was blunt: “It’s our time to waste. Who made him the boss of time?”

The Manchester singer made it clear he’s not interested in Healy’s advice.

Healy Wants Oasis Back Together

During the interview, Healy didn’t hold back his opinions.

He admitted he could accept the brothers “dressing like they’re in their 20s and being in their 50s.”

But he couldn’t accept them “acting like they’re in their 20s.”

“They need to grow up,” Healy added. “Stop marding. They’re men of the people, but they’re crying over an argument.”

He urged them to “Headline Glastonbury, have a laugh!”

Solo Careers Aren’t Enough, Says Healy

The Chocolate singer also criticised the brothers’ solo shows.

“There’s not one person going to a High Flying Birds gig or a Liam Gallagher gig that wouldn’t rather be at an Oasis gig,” Healy declared.

“Do me a favour. Get back together. Stop messing around.”

His message was simple: the world wants an Oasis reunion.

The Feud Continues

Despite fan hopes and celebrity encouragement, the Gallagher brothers remain estranged.

Rumours of an Oasis reunion continue to swirl, but for now, the feud shows no sign of ending.
